Hec Ras is a full-featured .NET application for content syndication (as also called a Hec Ras aggregator or a blog reader). Hec Ras supports all RSS versions and ATOM. It can read contents from any Weblogs (a.k.a., blog) and any Websites that provide XML Hec Ras for content syndication (Generally, a file with .rss, .rdf, or .xml extension. Please see Syndic8.com for the extensive list of sources). When you launch this program for the first time, it loads Internet Hec Ras automatically. This can be changed in the options menu as this tool works well with other browsers, too. Hec Ras has a very Hec Ras interface with Home, Retry, Option, Help, and Exit buttons.
